Dry Storage

The Port St. Joe Marina's dry storage building will accommodate seventy-nine vessels up to a maximum gross weight of 20,000 lbs. (approx. 30 ft.), offering security and protection from the elements.

Port St. Joe Marina reserves the right to accept storage lease agreements and established rates until vessel arrives and measurements are taken. Rates will be based on overall length, width and height.

RACK STORAGE RATES

Rack Storage Rates 2008 — Annual Contracts Only
All rates based on LOA (length overall) including swim platforms and bow pulpits
Inside Building Rack Storage — $8.70 per ft per month

FORK LIFT SERVICE AND USE OF OUTSIDE RACKS

For wet slip customers, daily transients, weekly and monthly customers the on and off trailer fee is $50.00 each way. Seasonal and Annual Contract customers is $35.00 each way. Use of outside service racks for annual and seasonal contract customers day is free each additional day is 75¢ per ft per day. All other customers the fee is 75¢ per ft per day. Rack storage customers have first priorty
