Hombre Golf Club

The Hombre opened in December 1989 with 18 holes and hosted its first PGA Tour event in 1990, The Panama City Beach Classic. In 2001, Hombre added the "Good" nine holes (3170 yards, par 35) to go along with the original "Bad" and "Ugly" nines. With 27 holes, Hombre can give you three different 18 hole options. Hombre's "the Good, the Bad & the Ugly."

The Hombre's four sets of tees allow golfers to choose the level of difficulty that best fits their game and handicap. On the original 18 holes the course plays from 5,400 yards (senior tees) to 6,836 yards (championship tees) for the men while the ladies layout is a challenging 4,901 yards.

Each fall, Hombre hosts the PGA Tour Qualifying School. In the past Hombre has had the likes of Gary Nicklaus, Mike Weir, Michael Campbell, Frank Lickliter and Scott McCarron at the "Q" School, just to name a few.

Both scenic and challenging, Hombre is nestled amidst wetlands, marsh, lakes and preserves while beautifully framed by a stunning assortment of palms, pines, and azaleas. The Hombre challenges every aspect of your game making sure that nearly every club in your bag is used. Book your Tee-times online or call (850) 234-3673.

Origins Golf Club

Located in WaterSound, Florida, the Origins Golf Club course plays as a six-hole regulation course or a ten-hole par-3 course between 1,600 and 1,800 yards. Conceptually, designed to encourage junior golfers, beginners and families to participate in the game of golf and remain engaged throughout their recreational lives. Consistent with the Scottish origins of the game, in which six, nine and 12-hole courses were commonplace. Golf made simple and fun, again, yet challenging enough to retain the interest of avid players.

Camp Creek Golf Club

Located just off of Northwest Florida's Scenic Highway 30A, just west of Panama City Beach, there is a water and sand experience of a different sort at the Tom Fazio-designed Camp Creek Golf Club. This private golf course is master-planned for 36 holes, the first 18 of which opened for play in May 2001 along with a driving range, golf shop, and snack bar.

Tom Fazio has received many honors during his thirty-some-year career (forty if you count the years apprenticing to Uncle George), but among those honors he values most are the ones he gained from his peers and the individuals who maintain golf courses.

For the three years Golf Digest polled golf course architects to name the "Best Modern Day Golf Course Architect," Fazio's peers chose him. Also highly regarded by the American Association of Golf Course Superintendents, he is one of only three architects to receive their highly cherished "Old Tom Morris Award."

The beach club, with approximately 100 feet of beachfront on the Gulf of Mexico, is approximately 3 miles from the community and includes beach access, a grill and bar, a swimming pool and restroom facilities. Other land parcels included in the transaction have additional residential entitlements.

Earlier this year, Golf Digest ranked Shark's Tooth as one of the best golf courses in Florida and one of the best private courses in the nation.
