Wet Slips - Annual contracts

The Port St. Joe Marina's 6 acre basin features 114 wet slips inside three piers. Twenty-two slips are covered. Seventy-one slips offer 30 amp service and another 42 slips offer 50 amp service.

Dry Barn Storage

— $11.00 per foot annually
  (Pre-pay for year and receive 10% discount.)

The Port St. Joe Marina's dry storage building will accommodate seventy-seven vessels up to a maximum gross weight of 14,500 lbs. (approx. 30 ft.), offering security and protection from the elements.

Port St. Joe Marina reserves the right to accept storage lease agreements and established rates until vessel arrives and measurements are taken.

Rate will be based on Length Overall, which includes any attachment that affects the overall length of the boat and includes bow or stern pulpits, bowsprits, swimming platforms, davits, outboard motors, etc. Customer is responsible for securing all cargo, raising trim tabs, lowering antennas, tops, etc..

Outside Rack Storage

— $9.00 per foot annually

— $13.00 per foot (less than 6 months)

Use of Outside Racks

— Use of outside service racks for lease customers, first day is free and each additional day is 75¢ per foot per day.

Trailer Storage (in grass area only):

— $12.00 Daily, $60.00 Weekly, and $100.00 monthly. This price includes tax. Must have lock on it.

Forklift On/Off Trailer for Guest

— $85.00. Must sign consent form.
